Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it to us. However, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, with the packing slip inside the box.

To start a return, you can contact us via this form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Goods used for commercial purposes (such as photo shoots, staging, or events) are considered used and not eligible for a full refund.

A handling fee of up to £15 may be applied for returns that are not in their original packaging or are folded incorrectly: cowhides must be folded with the hair on the inside, and sheepskins with the wool on the outside.

Should you be unable to print the electronically provided return label, we can mail a hard copy to your specified address for a fee of £15. 

Free return labels are not available for large sheepskin rugs, including Sexto and Octo and Rectangular sizes. A £20 fee applies if you would like us to issue a prepaid return label for them. Alternatively, you’re welcome to arrange your own tracked and signed return in the original package using the correct size and weight.

Please note: Free return labels are only available for customers within mainland United Kingdom. Orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and certain remote or premium postcode areas are not eligible for free return labels. We are also unable to provide free return labels for any orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.

One free return label per one item per each order is provided. For returns involving two or more items within a single purchase transaction, a label will be issued but a fee of up to £20 per each returning item will also be applied to be prevent abuse. This amount will be subtracted from the total refund sum. An extra £20 fee will be levied in instances where a customer consecutively returns two full orders. Paid shipping or packaging fees will not be refunded.

Returns received after 30 days from the date of the delivery may only be eligible for store credit, subject to our review.

Offers based on quantity or price, such as 'Buy One, Get One' (BOGO) promotions that require a minimum purchase, become invalid if one or more items are returned and the total price of the remaining items drops below the required minimum. If this happens, you will receive a partial refund calculated as the difference between the price paid for the item and the full price of the second item. Returning the free item does not qualify for any refund.

Natural Imperfections of Natural Cowhides

Please note that scratches, bald spots, branding marks and other natural imperfections are not considered damages and are normal in natural hides and they are priced based on their condition. Cows are not farmed for their skins, and imperfections like these can happen to their skins during their lifetimes. It is part of their character, life story and what makes them unique. However, if you don't like it, you can return it for a full refund.

Exchanges 

To request an exchange, please contact us using the form and provide the product link or product ID of the item or colour you’d like instead. Once your return is accepted, we will process the exchange. Please note that all exchanges carry a £15 processing and re-shipping fee.

Refunds
Returns will take 5-7 work days to process on our side. We will notify you once we’ve processed and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Our responsibility ends when the courier's GPS confirms delivery at the correct address. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
