Shipping policy

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders, including Northern Ireland.

For faster delivery, you can select Next Working Day Delivery or other expedited options at checkout. These orders must be placed before 7AM (Monday to Friday) to qualify and they will usually arrive by the following Monday.

Please provide a complete and valid physical shipping address. Some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or additional charges.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable for reasons relating to the address provided, you have two options:

• Redelivery (with shipping charges applied).
• Refund (with a £15 restocking fee deducted).

If you request an address change after your order has been confirmed, a £15 administration fee may apply.

Once the courier confirms delivery to the address you supplied, our responsibility ends. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure to avoid any risk of loss.
