Returning or exchanging something?

Returning one item per order is free within mainland UK — except large sheepskins (Sexto, Octo & Rectangular), where a £20 label fee applies. Keep the original packaging and packing slip, and fold cowhides with the hair inside and sheepskins with the wool outside to avoid a handling fee. Additional fees may apply for multiple-item returns and exchanges — see the full return policy.

Also good to know: scratches, branding marks and small bald spots are natural features of genuine hides — part of each piece's character, not defects. If yours isn't right for your space, though, you're always welcome to return it.
