We use DPD and Royal Mail to deliver your orders, with the carrier selected based on your delivery address and which of our warehouses your item ships from. Every parcel is sent on a tracked service with greener delivery in mind.

• Accurate Delivery Windows – DPD provides a convenient 1-hour time slot, while Royal Mail offers reliable tracking updates and proof of delivery.

• Flexible Options – Reschedule delivery, choose a safe place, or nominate a neighbour (with DPD), or request redelivery through Royal Mail if you’re not at home.

• Secure Handover – Depending on the service, you’ll receive either a signature or photographic proof of delivery.
